If a particular maintenance routine is retired or a kit is no longer relevant, you can delete the Set to keep your dashboard clean.

Deleting a Set:

  • Does not delete any underlying Parts.
  • Does not delete any Inventory records.

It removes only the grouping template. All physical stock remains available in your warehouses.

warning: Template cleanup only Once deleted, the Set can no longer be selected on new Work Orders. Make sure it is truly obsolete.

  1. From the main sidebar, expand Parts & Supplies.
  2. Click Sets to open the list.
  1. Find the Set you want to remove.
  2. Click the More (⋯) icon in the far‑right column of that row.
  1. From the dropdown, select Delete (highlighted in red with a trash‑can icon).
  2. A confirmation prompt appears.
  1. Verify you have selected the correct Set.
  2. Confirm the action.

The Set is permanently removed from your active list while all associated parts and inventory remain intact.
